Growing up in Tweed and Kirra, contemporary Aboriginal artist Micheal Philp initially started making art as a way to support his mental health - and he hasn’t put his paintbrush down since. Using his work to share stories about his life, Philp’s incredible works have received a commendation in the New South Wales Premier Art Prize.
